After putting his home on the market for $3.995 million, Alan Jackson has decided to reduce the price of his Franklin, TN mansion to $3,750,000.  Situated at the end of a gated driveway, the country superstar's luxurious estate (located in Franklin's Laurelbrooke neighborhood) was made for entertaining.  At just over 14,000 square feet, the home features a private fenced-in yard with breathtaking views, saltwater heated pool and spa, climate-controlled pavilion, theater room, wine cellar and sauna.  Eight bedrooms, nine full baths, four half baths, a six car-garage...the perks go on and on!

Prior to owning this home, Jackson and his wife Denise spent 17 years at their 19,000 square foot estate known as "Sweetbriar" (also in Franklin).  When they decided to downsize in 2009, the Jacksons listed the sprawling 135-acre property for $38 million and sold it for $28 million a year later.  Sure, a $10 million hit for the Jacksons but still an amount that had Middle-Tennesseans everywhere talking!

According to Forbes, Jackson has also put his 8,700 square foot Jupiter Island, Florida beach home (which he has owned for ten years) on the market for a whopping $14.9 million.  Reportedly, Jackson shot the music video for It's Five O'Clock Somewhere (his island-inspired duet with Jimmy Buffet) at locations near this property.
