Spend your summer on Nashville's Old Hickory Lake

Drakes Creek Park Pedestrian Bridge

Temperatures are raising, the sun is shining and many Nashville residents are polishing their boats and getting ready for a summer on the lake. Old Hickory Lake is the perfect way to spend a hot summer day with friends and family.

Nashville's Old Hickory Lake has full-service marinas, boats for rent, slip rentals, boat ramps and docks that will get your family on the water before you know it.

Don't own a boat? There are still 22,000 acres of water and over 400 miles of shore that you can enjoy without being in a boat.

Why not take your family for a night of camping under the stars? Shutes Branch allows campers starting May 7. User fees range from $11 to $17 and they do have electric hookups. For more information, call (615) 754-4847.

Want to spend more than just the summer on the lake? The SOLD Sisters Team has a great contemporary 4 BR home less than one mile from the lake. View the listing here.
